Terms and Conditions

Sada is a fine-art house of the Emirates, trading at sadaalfan.com. These terms govern your purchase from us. By placing an order you accept them. Questions are always welcome at contact@sadaalfan.com.

Each work is an archival pigment print of an artwork created by the house, printed on museum-grade cotton rag, issued in a limited numbered edition, and framed by hand. Works are offered in three sizes, with prices shown beside each piece.

All prices are in UAE dirham (AED) and include VAT. Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe, our payment partner. We do not see or store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment is received, and you are given an order reference and a receipt by email.

We may decline or cancel an order if a work is unavailable or a price is shown in clear error. If we do, you are refunded in full.

A work may be returned within fourteen days of delivery, in its original condition and packaging. The house arranges the collection. Once the work is received in good order, we refund to your original payment method through Stripe.

We take care that images on the site represent each work faithfully. Screens vary, so slight differences in colour and tone between a screen and the finished print are natural and are not a fault.

The artworks, the Sada name, and the house marks are the property of Sada. Buying a work gives you the framed print for private enjoyment and display. It does not transfer copyright, and the work may not be reproduced, resold as a reproduction, or used commercially without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a work is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute falls to the courts of Abu Dhabi.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the one that applies to your order.
