Shipping Policy

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. For delivery beyond the UAE, within the GCC or worldwide, write to contact@sadaalfan.com and we will arrange it and quote the cost before you commit.

Within the UAE, delivery is 30 AED, and it is on the house for orders over 1,000 AED. Any cost for delivery outside the UAE is quoted and agreed with you in advance.

Within the UAE, your work reaches you in three to five working days after payment. Deliveries outside the UAE are arranged individually, and we confirm the timing with you before dispatch.

Every work is framed, wrapped, and packed to arrive safely, and larger pieces travel in a protective crate. We deliver with care, the way the work deserves.

Keep the order reference from your receipt. You can follow your order any time at sadaalfan.com/orders with your reference and email.

For deliveries outside the UAE, any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
