When you order or write to us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address, along with the details of your order or message. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and are never seen or stored by us.

We use your information to take and deliver your order, to send your receipt and updates, to answer your questions, and to keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share only what is needed with the services that run the shop: Stripe for payment, Resend for order and receipt emails, and Cloudflare for hosting. Each handles your data on our behalf and under its own safeguards.

We keep this light. Your cart is held in your own browser. We use no advertising cookies, and our traffic measurement is privacy-friendly and does not identify you.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet accounting and legal duties, then we remove them.

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to contact@sadaalfan.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, in line with UAE data protection law.

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on encrypted pages. We limit access to your information to those who need it to fulfil your order.
